Property Manager
This is a part-time position: 24-29 hrs. per week.
The Property Manager oversees the property/assets of the church.
Some of the Property Manager duties include:
- Schedule Facility Manager as needed per monthly calendar needs
- Recruit Volunteers and schedule monthly meetings/workdays
- Manage Vendors for regular maintenance on major equipment such as A/C units, elevators, etc.
- Oversees Janitor/janitorial supply orders

Facility Manager
This is a CONTRACT-part time shared position (approx. 10-16 hours/week).
Some of the Facility Manager duties include:
- Open/Close rooms for Weekly Night time/Saturday-Sunday Mornings meetings/events
- Room Set Ups for meetings/events (i.e. table/chairs that may need to be set-up or rearranged)
- Assist leaders of meetings with any needs that might arise
- Greeting those who are on campus and direct them to location of meeting rooms
- Patrolling the campus during the meetings/church services
- Utilizing the golf cart to pick up and return visitors/parishioners in the parking lot on Sunday mornings
